After generations of disappointing Christmases in Munsieville township, South Africa, word is spreading fast that Christmas 2022 is going to be very different.
The TloTlo arena is buzzing with children preparing for a week of celebrations to mark the birth of Jesus, Saviour of the world. Final rehearsals are happening for a mammoth day on 25th December when hundreds of people will flock to the arena for singing, dancing, dramatic presentations, and the sound of joyous worship reaching right across the valley where the poorest residents live in their shack homes.
And to cap it all, 500+ children will enjoy a banquet, receive a gift from Santa, and return home with a feast for their entire household.
