Excitement levels at our mission location in Munsieville SA - TloTlo Children’s Sports Arena - reached fever pitch today, with children joining pastors to paint the mini stadium and to rehearse songs for Christmas Day’s massive mission climax.
After working so hard in the blistering sunshine, they were treated to lunch and rewarded with fun on bouncy castles, and cooled with refreshing water sprays as they danced with joy!
Tomorrow, the Arena will be closed for final preparation for the Big Day. The cow and chickens for the banquet have been bought, generator procured in case of power outages, p.a. equipment tested and put in place … and local rumour has it the Santa has secretly arrived and will tour the township tomorrow to give final invitation to the few children still unaware of the momentous events happening on Sunday, to proclaim the birth of Jesus.
